Custdog`s main product is the Custdog Ball.  We use Royal Mail 2nd class for shipping, please allow 3-5 business days for receiving your order.

 

Please note certain Custdog products on offer might be sourced from overseas, therefore posting these items may take up to 7-10 business days.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition like you received it.

Your item must be returned in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

We shall notify you upon receipt of the returned item and start our inspection process. We will immediately notify you about the outcome of our investigation and provide further updates on the status of your refund

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund process to the card you have used for the original purchase (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
